Eating out have always been an integral part of Jerez culture and now, since 2015, Charlotte Schoenmakers has been livening up this experience with her own creations to turn breakfast, lunch or an evening meal into an experience at her café at Jerez´s theatre Villamarta.

Charlotte offers a range of breakfasts, lunches ranging from Moroccan couscous to salads and tzatziki wraps plus evening meals right at the heart of Jerez cultural experience.

She offers a great atmosphere for families, quiet areas for reading/ studying, areas for meetings with colleagues and even welcomes dogs!

As well as providing drinks and snacks for theatre goers, she organises small concerts in the café making this a cultural hub in the town.

Utilizing a wide range of local produce in her meals, she has now a great new addition; watercress!

Full of taste and so healthy, last Sunday brunch included a watercress, cucumber, pear and celery smoothie; a bowl with salmon, avocado and quinoa on a bed of watercress and a warm courgette, watercress and ginger soup.
